About
Based in London, Goli Advisory service focused on providing knowledge and independent advice to a global clientele in their pursuit of art & beauty. Or just art?
Drawing from years of curatorial and market knowledge, the interdisciplinary advisory spans art curation, buying&selling, collection management, hospitality procurement, valuations, as well as bespoke collecting initiatives and strategies.
The practice is led with the highest standards of due-diligence and discretion with a focus on quality. Led solely by the needs of the client, the advisory offers advice and implements the client’s objectives. We work with new and established members of the arts community that respect history and tradition, whilst also evolving and engaging alongside the evolution of a rapidly changing art ecosystem.
The advisory believes that prioritizing arts & culture offers new perspectives that can empower us. Whether that be creating a beautiful interior, building an art collection that represents the societal changes of a generation, enhancing a commercial space to foster better brand engagement, or integrating art holdings into an overall wealth building strategy. We aim to make participation in arts & culture accessible, rewarding, and enjoyable.
Shea Goli has nearly 20 years of art market experience. She holds a Masters in the History of Art & Design from Parsons and a BA in Art History from New York University. She began her career in New York working across industry sectors in galleries, art fairs, and auction houses, before being appointed Head of Post-War & Contemporary Art for Paddle8, London where she relocated to in 2015. After playing a role at one of the major art+tech companies pushing a systemic shift of buying art online, she sought to also understand the tradition of art advisory and worked as the Director of Contemporary Art at the oldest art advisory in the world, Gurr Johns in St. James’s, London. With a broad range of experiences, she founded Shea Goli Advisory in 2023.
